1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the syscyber platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
syscyber provides an AI-powered security scanning platform that installs a lightweight agent on your infrastructure, performs vulnerability scanning using multiple engines, anonymizes all findings, and transmits anonymized data to our cloud for AI-powered analysis including attack chain detection.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. The free trial period is 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Data Handling
Your source code never leaves your servers. The syscyber agent scans locally and transmits only anonymized findings. Our 6-stage anonymization process removes IP addresses, hostnames, email addresses, API keys, secrets, and personally identifiable information before any data leaves your environment. 7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code and data. syscyber retains all rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, and documentation. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve the Service. We will never use your raw source code or identifiable data for any purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. syscyber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities or attack paths.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
